Doing it that way will take a while. I get mycelium going on agar plates, when the agar is fully covered in mycelium (1-2 weeks) I transfer that to the Uncle Ben's rice. From agar to fully colonized Uncle Ben's bag, ehh about a month with good consistent temperature.. Westchester dog adoption
